Context
MVO Formation specializes in sales training. Its consultants accompany sales teams in the field and in coaching, with a recurring need: observing real interviews to identify what works, what stalls, and feed the training plan. Analysis used to rely on memory and notes taken on the fly. Tedious, imprecise, not comparable across interviews.
Challenge
Let a consultant or salesperson capture a live sales interview from their phone, without friction. Get a structured, comparable report at the end of the exchange, aligned with MVO's methodology. And above all, let MVO configure their own analysis templates without a redev for every pedagogical change.
Our approach
Responsive platform designed mobile-first: the primary use case is on smartphones, in the field. A record button in the app triggers audio capture during the interview. On stop, the audio is transcribed and passed to an LLM that applies the prompt defined by MVO to generate the report.
The real product gem: prompt administration. MVO teams create and adjust their own analysis grids directly in the interface (closing notes, questioning quality, objection handling, etc.) without dev intervention. Every prompt becomes a reusable report template.
Result.
Platform deployed and used daily by MVO teams. Interviews become traceable, comparable, auditable. Analysis templates evolve continuously on the client side, without new dev.
